HONORS:

Making legendary tracks Rochelle has been honored by the 

City of Memphis with a Honorary Street: 

               "Olympian Rochelle Stevens Avenue"


Dr. David Wilson the President of her Alma Mater Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD has announced that the Outdoor Track will be name Rochelle Stevens Track and a statue will be displayed in her honor.  


 She is a graduate of Morgan State University, Columbus University & Canon University with a Doctorate Degree in Christian Education.




PASSION:

Since 1990, her commitment to philanthropy and community service in the under served communities are continuous. 


She has assisted and mentored over 30,000 athletes through the Rochelle Stevens Foundation, Rochelle Stevens Invitational Track Meet, Achieving Dreams Scholarships, Speed Camps, college recruitment, new shoes, tents, awards. equipment and transportation.                                                             www.rochellestevensfoundation.com

She tells the story about her drive to strive past challenges and perceptions to achieve success. 


Her book has been featured by Book Expo America as a New Author & Title Showcase, Barnes and Noble, Hickory Tavern Sports Bar, The Trophy Room, Booyas, City of Memphis Public Libraries and 200 public schools in the State of Tennessee.
